Love this coconut macaroon cookie..
I really like this coconut macaroon cookie. I always love it..
INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup all-purpose flour
5 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, coconut and salt. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla using your hands until well blended. Use an ice cream scoop to drop dough onto the prepared cookie sheets. Cookies should be about golf ball size.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until coconut is toasted.

Funny
Talked to Cecil yesterday(Wednesday) and she told me that she was alone in their house and I was wondering why and I thought Cliff ( her husband) gonna go to Africa on Wednesday. And then she laughed at me, and do you know why she laughed because I thought yesterday (Wednesday) was Tuesday. I didn't even know the day anymore waaaaaaa...anyway, I am just having fun blogging that's all, and talking to my friend online and forgot what day it is lol.
Anyway, days are so fast for me it is Thursday already and tomorrow will be Friday again. Time flies when your having fun!
